This distinctive wine from Friuli Venezia Giulia embodies traditional Italian winemaking heritage. At 12.5% alcohol, it presents a well-balanced and harmonious profile. Crafted from Ribolla Gialla 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. A steady stream of fine bubbles supports a bright, refreshing palate. The fruit is sourced from vineyards 20-year-old vines located in small plots of different vineyards of Castelvetro di Modena on loamy-loamy soils with a good part of limestone. Vinification: second fermentation in autoclave according to Charmat Method. The wine is aged some months in concrete vats of 400 litres. A wine reflecting Friuli's reputation for aromatic precision and minerality.
