Crafted from Negroamaro 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. A steady stream of fine bubbles supports a bright, refreshing palate. The fruit is sourced from vineyards grapes exclusevely from 17 Grand Cru. Vinification: destemming, soft pressing, static decantation of the must and alcoholic fermentation in steel tanks for 40 days according to the Charmat Method.
