Produced in Piedmont, this wine reflects a genuine sense of place. Its modest 11.5% alcohol content favours freshness and drinkability. Crafted from White grapes, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Its lively perlage and crisp finish make it an ideal celebratory pour. The fruit is sourced from vineyards 40 years old vines on sandy soils with marle of S. Agata Fossils at 230-400 meters above sea level, South/South-East facing. Grown organically. Vinification: second fermentation in autoclaves according to Charmat/Martinotti Method. The wine is aged 24 months in tonneau and oak casks, 12 months in bottle. A wine showcasing the fog-kissed hills of the Langhe.
The region's continental climate and varied soils create ideal conditions for both indigenous and international grape varieties.
