Crafted from Chardonnay 70%, Pinot Nero 30%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Its lively perlage and crisp finish make it an ideal celebratory pour. The fruit is sourced from vineyards on the hills of Gussago e Cellatica at 400 metres of altitude. Vinification: spontaneous fermentation in steel and refermentation in the bottle according to the Classic Method. No filtration and no addition of sulphites. The wine is aged 40 moons on the lees.
