This distinctive wine from Lombardy embodies traditional Italian winemaking heritage. With 12% alcohol, it delivers elegance and finesse. Crafted from Pinot Noir 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Its lively perlage and crisp finish make it an ideal celebratory pour. The fruit is sourced from vineyards at 400 metres of altitude on the limestone hills of Gussago and Cellatica. Vinification: spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts and refermentation in the bottle according to the Classic Method. No filtration or addition of sulphites. The wine is aged 60 months on the lees. A wine reflecting the alpine influence found across Lombardy's varied terroir.
Lombardy is best known for Franciacorta, Italy's finest sparkling wine appellation, alongside the alpine reds of Valtellina.
