Produced in Puglia, this wine reflects a genuine sense of place. Its 12.5% alcohol content supports a rounded, well-integrated style. Crafted from Bombino Bianco 70%, Pinot Nero 30%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Fine bubbles and vibrant effervescence complement its fresh and lively character. The fruit is sourced from vineyards at San Severo, on clay-limestone and exposure to South, South-West. Vinification: sparkling wine produced according to the classic method or Champenoise, with a second fermentation in the bottle, disgorgement manual. The wine is aged 30 months on the lees. A wine showing the sun-drenched warmth typical of Puglia's Mediterranean climate.
