Crafted from Chardonnay 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Fine bubbles and vibrant effervescence complement its fresh and lively character. The fruit is sourced from vineyards vines on soils rich in limestone at 420 meters above sea level. Vinification: spontaneous alcoholic fermentation with indigenous yeasts in steel, refermentation in the bottle according to the Metodo Classico. The wine is aged 72 months on the lees.
