Produced in Piedmont, this wine reflects a genuine sense of place. Its 12.5% alcohol content supports a rounded, well-integrated style. Crafted from Chardonnay 95%, Pinot Noir 5%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Fine bubbles and vibrant effervescence complement its fresh and lively character. The fruit is sourced from vineyards at 200-250 meters above sea level on soils rich in sandy limestone marl with south / south-east exposure. Vinification: soft pressing, fermentation in steel and second fermentation in the bottle according to the Classic Method. The wine is aged 36 months on the lees. A wine showcasing the fog-kissed hills of the Langhe.
Piedmontese winemaking combines meticulous attention to detail with deep respect for tradition.
