Produced in Piedmont, this wine reflects a genuine sense of place. With 12.5% alcohol, it strikes a confident balance between body and freshness. Crafted from Pinot Nero, Chardonnay, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Fine bubbles and vibrant effervescence complement its fresh and lively character. The fruit is sourced from vineyards in marny calcareous soil between 250 and 360 metres above sea level in Santo Stefano Belbo and Calosso. Vinification: first fermentation and aging for 5 months in oak barrels, without filtrations, second fermentation in bottle with disgorging according to the Traditional Method. The wine is aged 24 months on the lees. A wine true to Piedmont tradition, built for age-worthy elegance.
