The fruit is sourced from vineyards 50 year old vines located in the Agro di Manduria in the red lands of Salento. Vinification: fermentation and aging for 7 months in French oak barrels, followed by second fermentation in the bottle according to the Classic Method. The wine is aged 36 months on the lees and 6 months in bottle. A wine reflecting Puglia's tradition of generous, full-bodied reds.
