Hailing from Marche, this wine offers an authentic taste of the local terroir. With 13% alcohol, it strikes a confident balance between body and freshness. Crafted from Pecorino 50%, Passerina 30%, Trebbiano 10%, Malvasia di Candia 10%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It presents bright acidity with fresh mineral notes and excellent varietal expression. The fruit is sourced from vineyards 20 years vines on clay soil at 200 metres of altitude. From organic agricolture. Vinification: alcoholic fermentation in wood barrels with indigenous yeasts and with long contact with the skins. The wine is aged 18 months in barrique. A wine showing the freshness typical of Marche's coastal vineyards.
