This Taurasi DOCG stands as a benchmark for Campania's highest quality classification. Its 14% alcohol content underpins a rich, muscular structure. Crafted from Aglianico 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It displays rich color intensity with complex aromas and a persistent finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards vineyards in St. Agatha locality on clay-limestone soil at an altitude of 450 meters, with northern and southern exposure. Vinification: fermentation and maceration in stainless steel for about 30 days at controlled temperature. The wine is aged in 25/50 hl oak barrels. A wine showing the volcanic and mineral character typical of Campania's soils.
