Crafted from Aglianico 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Expect layered dark fruit aromas, firm tannins and a long, satisfying finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards 35-year-old vines on calcareous clay soil at 550-630 meters altitude. Yield of 60 q/ha. Vinification: destemming, fermentation with indigenous yeasts and maceration for about 30 days without temperature control, final soft pressing.
