Crafted from Sauvignon 40%, Pinot Bianco 30% , Tocai Friulano 30%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The palate is fresh and precise, with lively acidity carrying through to the finish. The wine is aged 10 months in barrique for the Tocai Friulano while Pinot Blanc and Sauvignon rest in stainless steel. A wine showing the influence of the region's cool alpine breezes.
