Crafted from Trebbiano 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Expect crisp citrus and orchard fruit aromas framed by a clean, mineral finish. Vinification: part of the wine is fermented on the skins in amphora and in steel with indigenous yeasts, the remaining part is fermented in steel only at controlled temperature.
