Produced in Tuscany, this wine reflects a genuine sense of place. With 12.5% alcohol, it strikes a confident balance between body and freshness. Crafted from Trebbiano Toscano 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The palate is fresh and precise, with lively acidity carrying through to the finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards 40 years old vines between 420 and 570 m above sea level, from Campitello and Baron’ugo vineyards. Organic farming. Vinification: destemming only for the 50% of the grapes, maceration on the skins in concrete vats for 48 hours and sponatenous alcoholic fermentation with indigenous yeasts. The afermentation is completed in old barriques. Without filtrations. The wine is aged 8 months on the lees in old barriques for the 50% and new for the 50% from Burgundy.
