This Trento DOC captures the distinctive personality of Trentino terroir. With 12.5% alcohol, it strikes a confident balance between body and freshness. Crafted from Chardonnay 100% , this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Its lively perlage and crisp finish make it an ideal celebratory pour. The fruit is sourced from vineyards in hilly soil between 450 and 600 metres above sea level. Vinification: second fermentation in bottle according to the Traditional Method. The wine is aged at least 36 months on the lees in bottle. A wine true to Trentino's tradition of elegant, food-friendly wines.
