This Trentino DOC captures the distinctive personality of Trentino terroir. At 12.5% alcohol, it presents a well-balanced and harmonious profile. Crafted from Chardonnay 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Its lively perlage and crisp finish make it an ideal celebratory pour. The fruit is sourced from vineyards located at the foot of the Brenta Dolomites at 650-700 metres above sea level. Vinification: manual harvesting and re-fermentation in the bottle according to the principles of the Classical Method. The wine is aged 36 months on the lees. A wine reflecting Trentino's alpine terroir and cool-climate precision.
