The fruit is sourced from vineyards loamy and sandy soils with clay from a 1.3 ha vineyard with an average age of 45 years. Vinification: spontaneous alcoholic fermentation in oak vats and maceration on the skins for at least 2 days. The wine is aged 22 months in oak wood barrels.
