Crafted from Friulano 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It presents bright acidity with fresh mineral notes and excellent varietal expression. Vinification: maceration on the skins for about 2 days in concrete vats, alcoholic fermentation with indigenous yeasts and spontaneous malolactic fermentation. Without filtrations. The wine is aged some months in concrete vats and 9 months in barriques. A wine reflecting Friuli's reputation for aromatic precision and minerality.
