Valcalepio Bianco Cascina del Bosco

This Valcalepio DOC captures the distinctive personality of Lombardy terroir. At 13.5% alcohol, it presents a well-balanced and harmonious profile. Crafted from Chardonnay 70%, Pinot Gris 20%, Pinot Blanc 10%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It presents bright acidity with fresh mineral notes and excellent varietal expression. The fruit is sourced from vineyards in San Pietro in Barbozza hills. Vinification: soft pressing, fermentation in steel tanks and second fermentation with long Charmat method for 10 months. The wine is aged some months in steel tanks. A wine reflecting the alpine influence found across Lombardy's varied terroir.
