Crafted from Malvasia Istriana 100% , this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The palate is fresh and precise, with lively acidity carrying through to the finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards on "ponca" soil of Friuli. Vinification: soft pressing of the grapes and short fermentation in steel tanks at controlled temperature for 30-40 days. The wine is aged 4-5 months in steel tanks. A wine reflecting Friuli's reputation for aromatic precision and minerality.
