Verdeca Notte Rossa

Produced in Puglia, this wine reflects a genuine sense of place. With 12.5% alcohol, it strikes a confident balance between body and freshness. Crafted from Verdeca 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The palate is fresh and precise, with lively acidity carrying through to the finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards on the hills north of Taranto on shallow, medium-textured and medium-clayey soils. Vinification: alcoholic fermentation in steel tanks at controlled temperature. The wine is aged some months in steel tanks. A wine reflecting Puglia's tradition of generous, full-bodied reds.
