Produced in Puglia, this wine reflects a genuine sense of place. With 10% alcohol, it delivers elegance and finesse. Crafted from Verdeca 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Fine bubbles and vibrant effervescence complement its fresh and lively character. The fruit is sourced from vineyards at least 15-months old grapes cultivated on sandy-clay and chalky terrains. Vinification: spontaneous alcoholic fermentation with indigenous yeasts and maceration of a few days on the skins. Refermentation in the bottle according to the Ancestral Method. The wine is aged at least 12 months in barrique, tonneau and big caskets and 6 months in bottle. A wine showing the sun-drenched warmth typical of Puglia's Mediterranean climate.
