The fruit is sourced from vineyards monteschiavo and Acquaviva delle Fonti vines on clayey soils. Vinification: alcoholic fermentation in steel vats with 20 hours of skins maceration. The wine is aged 6 months in steel vats and 3 months in bottle. A wine capturing the rustic charm of Puglia's ancient vineyards.
