This exceptional Verdicchio Castelli di Jesi DOC showcases the authentic character of Marche. With 13% alcohol, it strikes a confident balance between body and freshness. Crafted from Verdicchio 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It presents bright acidity with fresh mineral notes and excellent varietal expression. The fruit is sourced from vineyards from old vines of 40 years, on clay and limestone soil, with south-east exposition, at 350 metres of altitude. Vinification: alcoholic fermentation in cement tanks with indigenous yeasts. The wine is aged 9 months in cement tanks on yeasts and 2 months in bottle. A wine true to the Marche tradition of elegant, food-friendly wines.
