This Verdicchio Castelli di Jesi DOC captures the distinctive personality of Marche terroir. With 14% alcohol content, it offers a full-bodied and robust structure. Crafted from Verdicchio 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It presents bright acidity with fresh mineral notes and excellent varietal expression. The fruit is sourced from vineyards cultivated according to the Guyot system in a clayey soil. Vinification: soft pressing, short maceration on the skins and fermentation in steel vats. The wine is aged 12 months on the lees in steel vats and, for the 20%, in barrique. A wine true to the Marche tradition of elegant, food-friendly wines.
