Crafted from Verdicchio 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It presents bright acidity with fresh mineral notes and excellent varietal expression. The fruit is sourced from vineyards grapes from a vineyard from San Paolo di Jesi, cultivated according to the guyot sistem and to the byodinamic farming. Vinification: soft pressing and alcolic fermentation in steel tanks. The wine is aged 20 months on the lees in steel tanks and 12 in bottle.
