This Verdicchio Castelli di Jesi DOC captures the distinctive personality of Marche terroir. Its 12.5% alcohol content supports a rounded, well-integrated style. Crafted from Verdicchio 90%, Trebbiano 10%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It presents bright acidity with fresh mineral notes and excellent varietal expression. The fruit is sourced from vineyards 48-year-old vines with "Cappuccina" training system, on calcareous clay soils rich in calcium carbonate. Vinification: alcoholic fermentation in steel. The wine is aged some months in steel on fine lees. A wine true to the Marche tradition of elegant, food-friendly wines.
