A fine example of Marche winemaking, this Verdicchio Castelli di Jesi DOC reflects generations of local expertise. Its 15.5% alcohol content underpins a rich, muscular structure. Crafted from Verdicchio 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Expect crisp citrus and orchard fruit aromas framed by a clean, mineral finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards average age of the vines 25 years old, cultivated in a calcareous soil at 300-350 metres above sea level. Late harvest. Vinification: soft pressing and alcoholic fermentation in steel vats. The wine is aged 10 months in steel vats and 12 in bottle. A wine showing the freshness typical of Marche's coastal vineyards.
