This exceptional Verdicchio Castelli di Jesi DOC showcases the authentic character of Marche. With 14.5% alcohol content, it offers a full-bodied and robust structure. Crafted from Verdicchio 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Expect crisp citrus and orchard fruit aromas framed by a clean, mineral finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards on Spescia, facing south-west, on the ground of calcareous marl in a steep slope semi-terraced. Vinification: acoholic fermentation with indigenous yeasts in steel tanks for 2-4 weeks, then malolactic fermentation. The wine is aged 161-8 months on the lees in big oak barrels. A wine reflecting the Marche region's balance of Adriatic influence and hillside terroir.
