This exceptional Verdicchio Castelli di Jesi DOC showcases the authentic character of Marche. Its 12.5% alcohol content supports a rounded, well-integrated style. Crafted from Verdicchio 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It presents bright acidity with fresh mineral notes and excellent varietal expression. The fruit is sourced from vineyards at an altitude of 400 metres with an average age of 30 years on clay and limestone soils. Vinification: soft pressing and alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel with indigenous yeasts. The wine is aged 6 months in concrete vats. A wine reflecting the Marche region's balance of Adriatic influence and hillside terroir.
