A fine example of Marche winemaking, this Verdicchio Castelli di Jesi DOC reflects generations of local expertise. Its 14% alcohol content underpins a rich, muscular structure. Crafted from Verdicchio 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Expect crisp citrus and orchard fruit aromas framed by a clean, mineral finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards medium-textured soils, rich in clay and sand, from the heart of the classic area of the Jesi hills. Vinification: soft pressing of whole bunches, cold wort cleaning and low temperature fermentation. The wine is aged 24 months in cement tanks on the lees. A wine true to the Marche tradition of elegant, food-friendly wines.
