This exceptional Verdicchio Castelli di Jesi DOC showcases the authentic character of Marche. At 15% alcohol, it delivers real concentration and power on the palate. Crafted from Verdicchio Incrocio Bruni 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The palate is fresh and precise, with lively acidity carrying through to the finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards over 25 years old vines in a marny soil, born from clones recovered from a vineyard planted in the 30’s by professor Bruno Bruni. Vinification: alcoholic and malolactic fermentation in steel and concrete tanks with indigenous yeasts and maceration on the skins for 3 days. The wine is aged 18 months in steel and concrete tanks, then at least 6 months in bottle. A wine showing the freshness typical of Marche's coastal vineyards.
The region is best known for Verdicchio, one of Italy's most versatile white grapes.
