Tasting Notes

This exceptional Verdicchio Castelli di Jesi DOC showcases the authentic character of Marche. At 15% alcohol, it delivers real concentration and power on the palate. Crafted from Verdicchio Incrocio Bruni 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The palate is fresh and precise, with lively acidity carrying through to the finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards over 25 years old vines in a marny soil, born from clones recovered from a vineyard planted in the 30’s by professor Bruno Bruni. Vinification: alcoholic and malolactic fermentation in steel and concrete tanks with indigenous yeasts and maceration on the skins for 3 days.
