Verdicchio dei Castello di Jesi Classico Superiore 'Tralivio' Sartarelli

A fine example of Marche winemaking, this Verdicchio Castelli di Jesi DOC reflects generations of local expertise. With 14% alcohol content, it offers a full-bodied and robust structure. Crafted from Verdicchio 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It presents bright acidity with fresh mineral notes and excellent varietal expression. The fruit is sourced from vineyards average aged of the vines 30 years old, cultivated in a calcareous soil at 300-350 metres above sea level. Vinification: soft pressing and alcoholic fermentation in steel vats. The wine is aged 10 months in steel vats and 8 in bottle. A wine showing the freshness typical of Marche's coastal vineyards.
