A fine example of Marche winemaking, this Verdicchio di Matelica DOC reflects generations of local expertise. With 13.5% alcohol, it strikes a confident balance between body and freshness. Crafted from Verdicchio 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It presents bright acidity with fresh mineral notes and excellent varietal expression. The fruit is sourced from vineyards old vines planted in 1962, called "Gegè" as father nickname, on clay soils with sud esposition. Vinification: alcoholic fermentation in concrete tanks and bottlig without stabilization or filtration. The wine is aged 18 months on the lees in steel vats. A wine reflecting the Marche region's balance of Adriatic influence and hillside terroir.
