A fine example of Friuli Venezia Giulia winemaking, this Colli Orientali del Friuli DOC reflects generations of local expertise. With 13% alcohol, it strikes a confident balance between body and freshness. Crafted from Verduzzo 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Expect crisp citrus and orchard fruit aromas framed by a clean, mineral finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards old vines that are about 70 years old facing South-Est, near to the Slovenian border. Vinification: soft pressing of the whole bunches, static decantation and spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts in steel vats. The wine is aged 6-8 months on the lees in steel vats. A wine capturing the crisp, mineral-driven style of Friuli whites.
