This prestigious Vermentino di Gallura DOCG represents the pinnacle of Italian winemaking excellence. With 13.5% alcohol, it strikes a confident balance between body and freshness. Crafted from Vermentino 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It presents bright acidity with fresh mineral notes and excellent varietal expression. The fruit is sourced from vineyards from the volcanic soils of Contrada Martinella, at 600 metres above sea level on the North-East slope of Etna. Organic farming. Vinification: destemming, cold maceration for 4 hours, soft pressing and alcoholic fermentation in steel tanks. The wine is aged some months in steel vats. A wine reflecting the island's ancient indigenous grape heritage.
