This Vermentino di Gallura DOCG stands as a benchmark for Sardinia's highest quality classification. At 14.5% alcohol, it delivers real concentration and power on the palate. Crafted from Vermentino 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It presents bright acidity with fresh mineral notes and excellent varietal expression. The fruit is sourced from vineyards 18 year old vines located at an altitude of 500 metres with south-east exposure on sandy loamy soils of granitic and clayey/sandy origin. Vinification: fermentation in steel vats for 15 days at controlled temperature. The wine is aged 8 months on the lees in stainless steel. A wine showing the sun-baked intensity typical of Sardinian vineyards.
