Crafted from Vermentino 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It presents bright acidity with fresh mineral notes and excellent varietal expression. The fruit is sourced from vineyards vigne thirty years of age, loamy soil, at an altitude of 200-220 m above sea level. exposed to the South. Vinification: brief contact with the skins, then selected yeasts. The wine is aged some months on the lees in steel tanks. A wine showing the sun-baked intensity typical of Sardinian vineyards.
