This exceptional Vermentino di Sardegna DOC showcases the authentic character of Sardinia. With 13.5% alcohol, it strikes a confident balance between body and freshness. Crafted from Vermentino 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Expect crisp citrus and orchard fruit aromas framed by a clean, mineral finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards in northern Sardinia sites on sandy soil from granite disintegration. Vinification: soft pressing, static decantation, tapping, fermentation in stainless steel at controlled temperature. The wine is aged 6 months in steel vats and at least 8 in bottle. A wine showing the sun-baked intensity typical of Sardinian vineyards.
