Crafted from Vermentino 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The palate is fresh and precise, with lively acidity carrying through to the finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards from Alto Campidano and Marrubiu vines on mixed clay, sandy soil with lots of limestone skeleton. Vinification: soft pressing, static decantation, tapping, fermentation in stainless steel at controlled temperature. The wine is aged 4 months in steel vats.
