Vespa Bianco Magnum Bastianich

Produced in Friuli Venezia Giulia, this wine reflects a genuine sense of place. At 13.5% alcohol, it presents a well-balanced and harmonious profile. Crafted from Chardonnay 45%, Sauvignon 45%, Picolit 10%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The palate is fresh and precise, with lively acidity carrying through to the finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards from the vineyards of Buttrio and Premariacco, urchins calcareous marl soils and vines of 20-25 years old. Vinification: separate vinification of the grapes in oak barrels and steel. The wine is aged 12 months in oak barrels and steel on the fine lees, then another 12 months in bottle. A wine reflecting Friuli's reputation for aromatic precision and minerality.
