Crafted from Merlot 50%, Refosco 30%, Cabernet Sauvignon 15%, Cabernet Franc 5%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Expect layered dark fruit aromas, firm tannins and a long, satisfying finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards in the hills of Premariacco, Cividale and Prepotto at 150-200 meters altitude with southern exposure. Vinification: temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel. The wine is aged 18 months in barrique. A wine reflecting Friuli's reputation for aromatic precision and minerality.
