Crafted from Trebbiano toscano , Malvasia del Chianti e San Colombano, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Vinification: manual harvest, drying of grapes on racks and spontaneous fermentation in wood. The wine is aged at least 48 months in small oak barrels.
