Crafted from Coda di Volpe Rossa 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It shows a delicate pale hue with fresh red-berry aromas and a crisp finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards ancient vines that grow, as usual, next to the Aglianico grapes. Vinification: spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts and mcaeration on the skins for 1 day. No filtrations and no adding sulphites. The wine is aged a few months in amphora and concrete.
