'Zero Blanc' Casa Caterina

Produced in Lombardy, this wine reflects a genuine sense of place. With 13.5% alcohol, it strikes a confident balance between body and freshness. It presents bright acidity with fresh mineral notes and excellent varietal expression. The fruit is sourced from vineyards located in Provaglio d'Iseo, Persaga hamlet, on alluvial deposition soils with clays, limestone, silt and sands. Vinification: alcoholic fermentation of 30 days with indigenous yeasts in barrique. A wine reflecting the alpine influence found across Lombardy's varied terroir.
