Crafted from Albana 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The palate is fresh and precise, with lively acidity carrying through to the finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards vigna Bacchilega, in the Imola hills. The vines are more than 35 years old in a clayeye soil. Organic cultivation. Vinification: spontaneous fermentation without adding yeast in 470 litres Georgian amphora (kvevri), with maceration on the skins for 80-120 days. The wine is aged 10 in Georgian amphora (kvevri).
