Produced in Liguria, this wine reflects a genuine sense of place. With 13% alcohol, it strikes a confident balance between body and freshness. Crafted from Albarola 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It presents bright acidity with fresh mineral notes and excellent varietal expression. The fruit is sourced from vineyards santa Caterina hill on red clayey soils of alluvial origin. Vinification: spontaneous alcoholic fermentation on the skins with only indigenous yeasts for more or less 10 days. The wine is aged at least 12 months in orci di grès (amphora). A wine capturing the coastal, saline character typical of Liguria's terraced vineyards.
