Pigato 'Grand-Père' Bio Vio

This Riviera Ligure di Ponente DOC captures the distinctive personality of Liguria terroir. With 14.5% alcohol content, it offers a full-bodied and robust structure. Crafted from Pigato 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It presents bright acidity with fresh mineral notes and excellent varietal expression. The fruit is sourced from vineyards located in the areas of Marixe and Bastia d'Albenga, on marly soils rich in iron oxide. Vinification: alcoholic fermentation with indigenous yeasts and maceration of the skins until racking. The wine is aged 10 months in oak tonneaux. A wine capturing the coastal, saline character typical of Liguria's terraced vineyards.
